Summary:

This position is responsible for multiple functions involving import materials, shipping, receiving and procurement tasks. This includes clerical and physical responsibilities.


Description:

• Responsible for creating pick list, packing list and bill of ladings as necessary for department needs. • Assist effective material simulation analysis by maintaining accurate data coming from the customer/supplier. • Enters customer release, inventory, and supplier delivery schedules and results in the delivery sheet and ABS in timely manner. • Enters all shipments in Sales Log. Relays information and works closely with accounting department. • Verify invoices, packing list and related documents for accuracy. • Verifies entered customer and supplier data by reviewing, correcting, deleting and reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete. Purging files to eliminate duplication of data. • Assist entering and validating data for sales report/log during month end process. • Responsible for scanning pick lists, completing double check of picklists, creating packing lists and bill of ladings for shipments. • Responsible for ensuring that rolls not being shipped are not mixed in bins with material that is to be double scanned to load onto a truck, sometimes requiring rolls to be lifted and moved into a different location. • Responsible for helping during bi-yearly physical inventory count as needed • Responsible for general functions, checking off rolls and verification of pick lists, packing list • Perform certain duties on the warehouse floor when volume requires additional support. • Any other duty or task that may be requested by immediate supervisor


Qualification:

High school degree or equivalent • Excellent communication skills. WI # 130 – 00457 Issued 10/27/2023 Rev. 0 Page 2 of 2 • Must have excellent ability to work well without close supervision • Must have good written communication skills • Must have strong problem solving • Must have strong computer skills • Microsoft Office proficiency preferred
